Making Your Travel Easier

What's worth carrying on the plane?

The short answer is whatever you find useful. I've listed below some items that have become my staples when flying:

·       Earbuds – and the correct ones for your device.  There are so many versions out there and while there may be some earbuds available on the plane, they may not be the correct connection.

·       Something to do or read – think tablet, books, e-games, music, downloaded movies, etc.

·       Snacks - (bottles of water would have to be purchased post-security checkpoint)

·       Hand sanitizer – don’t have to take a bath in it, but there are a lot of people using planes (take wipes to avoid the liquid aspect)

·       Currency or credit card

·       Official ID and/or Passport

·       Glasses … and possibly eye drops - The air circulation will dry eyes out so note that if you wear contacts.  If I have space, I also carry my sunglasses with me if arriving during daylight.

·       Lip balm

·       Inflatable neck pillow – saves having neck pain for the remainder of the trip.

·       Package of tissues – sure, you can get some from the restrooms, but they’re not as soft as Puffs® with aloe
